Reviews and Ratings
I recently spent two nights at this hotel in central London with my sister. The room was adequately sized for the price, but very basic with only an outdated hair dryer. There wasn't always enough hot water, but it was manageable. Unfortunately, we were given a basement room near a storage facility that was busy with staff early in the mornings.
The hotel provided clean and comfortable rooms, ideal for a short weekend stay. Although the food was basic without tea and coffee in the rooms, it was available in the ground floor reception area. The service was kind and professional, with efficient and friendly staff. The location was excellent near Paddington station, surrounded by gardens and parks with easy access to public transport. The dining experience was not the best. Despite that, I found the hotel well-maintained and close to many attractions.
The hotel is wonderfully located, just a hop across the street from Paddington and Heathrow Express, offering a superb setting close to Hyde Park and Oxford Street. The rooms are small but clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the dining options, especially breakfast, leave much to be desired.
I had a pleasant stay overall at the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room, although small, was super clean and had all the essentials. The convenient location near Paddington station made it easy to explore the city, but the lack of tea or coffee facilities was a downside.
The hotel had a really nice and big room, but it was noisy due to thin walls. The location was great, close to Paddington station and plenty of restaurants, ideal for a short visit to London. The dining experience was very poor, with barely any choice and no in-room tea or coffee facilities.
The hotel is in a convenient location near Paddington station and offers excellent service. The rooms could use some modernization and are not very spacious, with noise issues from outside. The dining options were limited and not very appealing.
